OPC Foundation Selects Kepware as a Standard for Interoperability Testing

Portland, ME – Kepware Technologies, the leader in Communications for Automation, announced today that its product, KEPServerEX, has been selected by the OPC Foundation as a Compliance Standard Product, to be a part of every interoperability compliance test performed at the OPC Foundation authorized Testing Labs.

The latest generation of Kepware's technology, KEPServerEX was designed to allow users to quickly set up communications from equipment to control systems via a wide range of available "plug-in" device drivers and components. KEPServerEX delivers over 130 protocols and connectivity to thousands of devices, and has set the standard in the support of OPC Standards for Data Access.

In addition, KEPServerEX is designated as "OPC Compliance Certified" and Kepware commits that it will continue to meet all certification requirements going forward. This designation also applies to all Branded and Private Labeled versions of KEPServerEX.
